30‑day returns
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact support@joozingo.com to obtain an RMA before shipping a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
2‑year limited hardware warranty
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from delivery.
- Remedies: repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- Exclusions: damage from misuse, modification, accidents, liquid exposure, improper storage, or normal wear.
- Data loss: we cannot recover or replace lost private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets.
How to claim
- Contact support with order number, serial, and issue description.
- Follow RMA instructions. Do not ship devices without an RMA.
- Back up any data and remove passphrases before shipping the device.
Compliance
We sell hardware only. We do not provide custodial storage, exchange, staking, yield or investment services.
